Securitization lifecycle

Titreasy

Structured workflows for financial product lifecycle management

Redefining the way structured products are created, launched and managed.

The problem today

Launching an AMC, a CLN or a tracker certificate still relies on fragmented collaboration

  1. Email-driven process

Product data travels as Word attachments across mailboxes. No single source of truth.

  2. Endless back-and-forth

Every correction triggers a new version, a new email, a new attachment to reconcile.

  3. No traceability

Who changed what, when, and why is invisible. Audit becomes a reconstruction exercise.

  4. No clear workflow

No defined states, no ownership, no validation gates between the two counterparties.

The consequence

  • Slower time-to-market for new products
  • Data-entry errors carried into legal documents
  • Difficult and costly audit trail reconstruction

How Titreasy works

One structured process, three successive flows — from the idea to the official document

  1. Propose

    • An authorized user initiates a new product request through a structured form: product type, issuer, description, attachments.
    • The administrator reviews and accepts or rejects the proposal.
    • Once approved, the required product documents are generated automatically.
  2. Collaborate

    • Both parties fill the product form section by section: identity, production data, strategy, fees, providers.
    • Field-level comments keep each discussion attached to its data point.
    • A centralized workspace keeps all product data shared and synchronized across stakeholders.
  3. Generate

    • Once validated, official documents are generated automatically.
    • Term sheets and fact sheets are built from the captured data using predefined templates.
    • No re-typing, no version drift.

Documents that write themselves, and stay right

A document editor built on validated product data

  • Locked field values

Every value (ISIN, currency, fees…) comes straight from the product form and cannot be altered in the document.

  • Editable wording

Legal teams refine the wording around the data, block by block, and can restore any previous version.

  • Compare versions

A word-level diff between two versions of a document shows exactly what changed.

  • Draft and final renders

Every final document is an immutable render, bound to a frozen version of the product schema.

Titreasy document editor: Terms and Conditions blocks where field values such as the issue size and the investment manager appear as locked chips inside editable wording.
Compare versions dialog showing the original and the edited wording of a clause, with removed words struck through and added words highlighted.

Every change, on the record

An append-only history for every product

Titreasy product history: a dated timeline of events such as wording edits, status changes and document generations, with filters by event type, actor and date range.
  1. Complete timeline

Creation, status changes, field edits, paying agent assignments, document requests and generations: every event is logged.

  2. Filter by event and actor

Find who did what, and when, in a few clicks.

  3. Always up to date

Labels are resolved at read time, so renames propagate across the whole history.

Audit is no longer a reconstruction exercise.

Distributions and NAV, on schedule

Payment and valuation calendars, tracked in one place

Titreasy NAV calendar in month view, listing upcoming valuations for several products and flagging one overdue NAV.
Add event dialog for a quarterly dividend, next to the product’s fixed coupon and dividend schedules.
  • Distribution schedules

Coupon and payment dates are computed from product parameters, with manual events when needed (scheduled, confirmed, cancelled).

  • NAV calendar

A monthly view of every upcoming valuation across products, with overdue items flagged.

  • NAV history

Published NAVs are recorded and corrected with a full history. Titreasy records the NAV; it never computes it.

  • Due-date reminders

Automatic “NAV due soon” and “NAV due today” alerts to the right people.

A secure document room per product

Every file requested, scanned, logged and shared with the right people

  • Document requests

Administrators request a document, the paying agent uploads it, and the request is closed automatically.

  • Scanned and logged

Every file is virus-scanned, and every upload, download and deletion is recorded.

  • Tags and carry-over

Documents are organized by tags, and proposal attachments carry over to the product automatically.

  • Tailored notifications

Comments, documents and NAV deadlines, with a comment digest. Each user chooses what they receive, globally or per product.

Titreasy product workspace with the document bank open: tagged files, their origin, and a list of document requests, one open and one fulfilled.

Questions we often get

About Titreasy and the product lifecycle

  • Paying agents and administrators work on the same product, in one shared workspace. Each party has its own role, and some fields can only be completed by the party that owns them.

  • AMC, CLN, tracker certificates and other structured or private debt vehicles. Each product type has its own form and its own document templates.

  • With a structured proposal: product type, issuer, description and attachments. The administrator accepts or rejects it; once accepted, the product is created and the attachments carry over to it.

  • The wording can: legal teams refine it block by block and can compare or restore any version. Field values cannot, as they always come from the validated product form.

  • Fields and wording are locked. NAVs can still be recorded and documents generated, and an administrator can reopen the product for editing if needed.

  • No. Titreasy records the published NAV and keeps the history of corrections. It tracks due dates and reminds the right people when a NAV is due.

  • Through a document room per product. Administrators request documents, the paying agent uploads them, and every file is virus-scanned. Uploads, downloads and deletions are logged.

  • Yes. Every product has an append-only history of events, from creation to document generation, that can be filtered by event type, actor and date.
